Following are our responsibilities which we will stand by to assist the owner, to get his/her flat/house rented.
- 1. Documentation/agreement preparation.
- 2. Tenant’s profile verification through his company.
- 3. All legalities and verify the documents of the tenant.
- 3. Police verification and document submission.
- 4. Society formalities and documentation.
- 5. While handing over the flat to the tenant, will get a written receiving letter from tenant for the keys and other goods in the flat.
- 6. Ensuring timely payment of rent from tenant.
- 7. Detailed inspection of flat before and after handing over the flat from tenant and suggest whether there must be any deduction from the security deposit or not.
- 8. Detailed inspection through in-house electrician, plumber, carpenter and concerned technicians.
Moreover our service charge which is one month rental in which deal will be done is valid for 08 months .If in case tenant vacates the flat before 08 months, we will give you another tenant without any service charge.
